OPTIONAL FINANCING

Keep business moving.
Choose better payment timing.

Get paid earlier as a supplier, or request more time to pay as a client. Start from Work, Purchasing or Sales—or tell us about the transaction through a direct questionnaire.

The ERP stays free. Financing is optional, with a separate fee, review and agreement.

YOU ARE THE SUPPLIER

Collect earlier.

After approval and agreement, you receive the financed amount minus the one-time fee. Your client pays the original amount on the agreed date.

YOU ARE THE CLIENT

Pay later.

After approval and agreement, your supplier receives the full financed amount. You pay that amount plus the one-time fee on the agreed date.

FOUR WAYS TO START

Start where the transaction lives.

Start from an existing module record, or choose New financing request in the platform’s Financing area. All four routes use the same questionnaire. Module routes fill in the details Spona already has; a supporting PDF is required every time.

Work

Turn confirmed work into a payment conversation.

Start from a completed stage confirmed by the client. Keep the agreed amount and evidence of completion together. Internal projects cannot be financed.

Completed stage → Client confirmation → Request

Purchasing

Pay your supplier. Keep time on your side.

The supplier’s acceptance of an order opens the financing path. The order shows the amount available to finance; when deliveries are recorded, that figure reflects the received quantities.

Accepted order → Finance this order → Questionnaire

Sales

An unpaid invoice. A choice about timing.

Open an unpaid invoice and request earlier payment on the outstanding balance. If part has already been paid, the request uses the remaining amount, not the original invoice total.

Unpaid invoice → Remaining balance → Questionnaire

DIRECT QUESTIONNAIRE

Have a transaction, but no Spona record yet?

Choose New financing request in the platform. Select services, goods or projects, say whether you owe the money or are owed it, and choose a term. Upload an offer or invoice and confirm your company details.

Choose → Upload PDF → Confirm details → Submit

FROM ENQUIRY TO PAYMENT

Know what happens next.

  1. 01

Choose the transaction and your role

Services, goods or projects. Choose earlier payment or more time to pay, and a 30, 60 or 90-day term. Review the privacy policy and terms before continuing.

  2. 02

    Upload your document

Upload one offer or invoice as a PDF, up to 25 MB. A document is required even when you start from a module.

  3. 03

    Confirm company details

Check your company’s OIB and contact details. The platform saves these to your profile so you do not need to enter them every time.

  4. 04

    Review and submit

Check the request and send it to Spona. Follow its status, messages and next steps in Financing.

An offer comes before an agreement.

Spona reviews your document and may ask for more information. If an offer is made, review its terms in the platform. Acceptance, verification and signing follow before payout. Add a payout account when you are to receive funds.

An estimate, not an approved request. Supporting documents, review and an agreement are required.

Before you make a request.

Do I need to activate every module?

No. Use a relevant module record or open New financing request in the platform to upload an offer or invoice directly.

Does the calculator approve financing?

No. It illustrates the fee and payment amounts. Eligibility, documents, review and an agreement are required.

Can an internal project be financed?

No. Work financing requires a completed stage confirmed by the client. An internal project has no external client confirmation.

Does submitting a request move money?

No. Submission starts the review. Any offer must be accepted, verification completed and the agreement signed before payout.
