Work
Give delivery a clear structure
Split discovery, design and development into stages, with dates, agreed amounts and client confirmations. Keep stage costs and completion evidence with the work so delivery and finance colleagues can refer to the same records.
Organise employee details and documents. Add onboarding and time records as the team grows. Assign access around responsibilities so personnel information is available to the people who need it.
Keep payout and deduction records ready for the accountant, with salary access restricted to the right people. Keep salary visibility separate from general personnel and operational access.
Organise orders and incoming invoices for specialist services, equipment and other business purchases. Use requisitions to document needs and separate order preparation from purchase approval.
Record the website quote, capture acceptance and manage the invoices that follow. Use recurring billing for ongoing services when needed. Use approvals and delivery notes where the commercial process needs more detail.
Bring recorded account balances and expected project payments into a cash-flow plan. Keep expected receipts separate from money already received. Use the Group add-on to compare cash across the companies you may access. Review each company’s forecast alongside the group total; this is not statutory consolidation.
Your role depends on the transaction. These are separate examples of optional financing, not two fees on the same transaction.

AS THE SUPPLIER
Get paid earlier.
You are the agency delivering the website.
After an eligible stage is delivered and confirmed, request earlier payment instead of waiting for the client’s due date. This can help you plan the next project’s costs.
You receive the amount minus the fee↓Client pays the original amount on the agreed date
For an eligible supplier record, request more time to pay. After approval and agreement, the specialist receives payment while you repay on the agreed date.
Supplier receives the full amount↓You repay the amount plus the fee on the agreed date
Examples show possible uses, not approved financing. Eligibility, supporting documents, review and a separate agreement are required. Check available terms and fees in the financing calculator. Salaries records do not initiate payroll payments.
